Publishing Policy

Inner City Conservative Journal welcomes conservatively slanted articles written on inner city issues from academic, human interest, political and economic points of view. We seek both newspaper and scholarly works. Please submit your works electronically in a Windows Word format to snmiller@snmiller.com. Articles must be accompanied by a street address and telephone where you can be reached to confirm the authenticity of your work. Works will be assessed for their contribution to the national and international debate on issues impacting inner city America. Articles containing language deemed inappropriate or not having a return address and telephone number will not be published. Iccjournal.net does not offer financial compensation for works published on our web site.

In our Student Scholars section, we are offering students from high school through doctorate degree programs an opportunity to see their class papers published. We require students to include the name of institution and give name and email address and telephone number of their professor or teacher for verification of their manuscript.. Works are to be sent to snmiller@snmiller.com
