Offer a good caning as the
consequence for getting suspended

As I read the August 28, 2008 article, “Phila. sees surge in 'persistently dangerous' schools” by Kristen A. Graham a Philadelphia Inquirer Staff Writer, it makes me sick at the stomach. It confirms that the thugs now have control of public high schools in Philadelphia, PA and they are now overrunning middle schools.
Gangbanger’s anti-education persona is enchanting America’s youth that is a prelude to socioeconomic suicide for America in the global marketplace. What is obvious is that many gangbangers feel that their parents and the school system are impotent to force their compliance with mainstream decorum rules.
I know that I will feel the wrath of the anti-religious people in public education, but what is missing here is given in Proverbs 13:24. “He who spares his rod hates his son, but he who loves him takes car to chastise him.”
What these public school thugs need to be sent to the prison system during their suspension and given a butt whipping with some rattan from Singapore. I know I sound draconian, but these thugs must understand that there are consequences for bad behavior. When the word gets around that a butt whipping is part of the public school suspension deal some thugs will start thinking twice about getting humiliated.
You might doubt the impact of this good butt whipping, however, I recall as a child hearing grownups railing over how they were afraid to come through the State of Delaware because we had the whipping post. I ask you to consider that the wisdom in the Bible is proven over thousands of years, so why isn’t this knowledge applied to bay-bay’s kids. If bay-bay’s kids’ parents do not like what is happening then give them the option to home school their children.
